1 lb. Kielbasa Sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 can veg-all (any veg can
be substituted)
1 cup shredded cheese, sharp
cheddar or swiss
3/4 cup raw rice (can use
instant)
3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1 can mushroom stems and
pieces or sliced, drained
Cut sausage into bite-sized
chunks. Combine all ingredients except cheese in a
skillet over medium heat. Cover and bring to a boil,
reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with
cheese. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes or until rice
is done. Delicious!!!
