I cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can cream of coconut
1/2 cup sliced maraschino cherries
 
Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole.  Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes or until center is firm and golden brown.  Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.  OUTSTANDING!!!!

 

 

Easy Peach Strudel-Bevshar

Note: This was a Pillsbury Bake-Off Winner
This is a family favorite; it is excellent.

2 1/4 cups flour

1 cup sour cream

1 cup butter

2 cups peach preserves

1 cup shredded coconut

confectioner's sugar

1. Cream butter, add sour cream and work in flour. Blend well.

Cover, chill at least one hour.

Roll out chilled dough one-fourth at a time to a 13" x 6" rectangle on a well-floured surface.

2. Spread 1/2 cup preserves along one 13" side to a width of 1-1/2 inches.

Sprinkle with 1/4 cup coconut and 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts.

Starting with 13" side, roll up jelly-roll fashion. Seal edges and ends.

Place seam-side down on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in 350 degree oven 18-20 minutes.

Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar. Cut into slices.

 

 

 

Easy Fruit Dessert-Guess 151 

 

 

2 cans pie filling fruit  ( Cherry, Apple,Blueberry or peach)

1 loaf thin crust white bread -  cut crust off and cut in halves.

2 sticks butter

2  tablespoons flour

1  1/2 tablespoons sugar

2 eggs.

 

Mix together  Butter, flour,sugar and eggs..

 

grease  baking dish, put layer of bread, top with can of  fruit,  another layer of bread,

layer with other can of fruit, layer of bread,

pour mixture over top

 

Bake at 385 degrees until brown.

3/4cup    Water
1/4cup    Butter or Margarine
1  cup    Bisquick, baking mix
4  eggs
 
Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Heat water & butter to a a boil in large saucepan. 
Add baking mix all at once.  Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 1/2 minutes
or until mixture forms a ball.  Remove from heat and beat eggs one at a time;
continue beating until smooth.  Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2-inch
apart onto baking sheet.  Bake 25 to 30 minutes.  Cool,  Fill with vanilla
pudding or cool whip and refrigerate.
 
Makes: 2 dozen

 

GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIES-SEC

3 cups sugar

pinch of salt

1 tall can milk

1 cup chopped pecans

7 T. cocoa

4 eggs

1 small bag coconut

1 stick melted margarine

Mix sugar, salt and cocoa.  Add eggs and mix well.  Stir in vanilla and milk , margarine, coconut and nuts.  Mix well and pour into 3 unbaked regular pie shells.   Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Very rich, but yummy and easy to make

 

1 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Beaten Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Cup Raisins
1 unbaked Pie shell

 

I've made this so often that I went to 9 inch deep dish pie shell add the whole carton of Sour cream Mix everything but the Raisins with Electric beater..then add the Raisins and I just dump in I know more than a cup of Raisins
Bake at 350* for 1 hour Till Knife blade comes out fairly clean.........from middle of pie
This recipe is over 100 years old and is old fashioned rich good UFFDA! Ya! sur ting yew betcha!!!!
 

 

FRENCH-APPLE PIE-tatonkamama        The very best!
Good Pie apples that you like to use, enough to fill a (9" X 13") pan peeled and sliced
Then put these Apples in to a large bowl and Mix in 1 Cup Sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon (I like more Cinnamon)
Set this aside......
In another larger bowl Mix until crumbly.....
2 Cups of Flour
1 Cup of Brown Sugar (Packed)
1 stick of Butter or Oleo
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Pour the Apple mixture into (9" X 13") greased pan
Spread the Flour mix over gently and pat down easy!
Bake at 350*-25 minutes or till Apples are well done.
Serve warm with Cream poured over or Vanilla Ice cream..
(I've added Raisins to this too and it's good)

 

APPLE DUMPLINGS-TATONKAMAMA

 

2 sticks Oleo or Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Heat and stir till sugar dissolves and then set aside.........
4 Granny Smith Apples peeled and quartered*
2 packages. Pillsbury Crescent rolls
Spray a 9"x13" cake pan with Pam
Roll a quarter of Apple in crescent (long end so it makes a pretty pkg.
Line these up spaced in pan
Pour on the butter mix
Pour over with 1 can Sprite or 7-Up or Mountain dew
bake at 350-40-45 min. till Apples tender
Would think fresh Peach would be good too probably have to adjust baking time..I haven't tried it!!

 

STRAWBERRY DREAM CAKE-littletnt12
 
1 box strawberry cake mix cook according to box
direction for 2 layers. When cooled slice each layer into 2 layers.
 
use any flavoring of vanilla frosting mix
 
1 jar strawberry jam
 
1 pint fresh strawberries
 
start with 1 layer put frosting on it. put next layer add strawberry jam  and so on til you have done all layers. Frost whole cake and top with sliced fresh strawberries YUM YUM

 

Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats (my recipe)twinjj

 

 1 Cup Each Sugar,  White Karo syrup,  Peanut Butter

1/2 cup marshmallow cream

1/4 cup margarine

6 cups Rice Krispies

combine first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan. cook over med heat until sugar is dissolved and all is well blended and bubbly. Stir in marshmallow and butter untill melted and mixed well. Add Krispies and mix very well. Spray a large cookie sheet with Pam or other spray. Spread mixture on sheet and press out evenly. Refrigerate until set and cut into squares.

 

Sticky Buns -kglossne1

1 package frozen dinner rolls

11/2 sticks butter,

11/2 cups brown sugar.

 3 tablespoons milk.

1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 

1 large cook and serve box of vanilla pudding.   grease pan put frozen dinner rolls in and let raise  put all ingrediants in sauce pan until melted  pour over raised dinner rolls  bake at 350 for 30 minutes  when done flip upside down on plate   yield 18 sticky buns
