2 dz. fresh Jalapeno
Peppers (try to match size wise)
24 slices Kraft Cheddar
cheese
24 slices Monterey Jack
Cheese
2 # Pork Sausage
2 C. (seasoned or
unseasoned)
Make lengthwise slit in
peppers and remove seeds
Cut cheese slices about
1/4 inch wide (Stuff 1 strip each cheese into peppers.
Mold a portion of sausage
firmly around each pepper forming a ball shape.
Roll balls in bread
crumbs
Deep fry till golden
brown
