4 pieces Chicken breast (I season with salt-pepper and
Garlic.)
Cover with water and cook in the pressure cooker till
chicken tender Some people are not much on the pressure cooker
route so just cover and simmer in a pot till chicken is tender.
Remove bones and cut up chicken- add back to broth with Chopped
Celery-Chopped Carrots and Chopped onions. Cook till all
tender add some Egg noodles and cook till tender and you're good
to go. You'll need more salt-pepper and garlic to taste...Can't
beat it on a rainy cold day and also for someone with a cold
(They have proven Chicken soup helps!) Some families are just
not Soup eaters---I could live on the stuff. All goes in freezer
in small containers and there you are. Stick a container
in Microwave...no cooking easy to do and delicious!
