CAKE LAYERS
1 box butter cake mix
1/2 cup soft butter
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3 eggs
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup sweet milk
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat all ingredients together
for 3 minutes. Bake 4 layers.
Let layers cool completely.
Wash bowl and beaters. Put in
freezer and chill.
ICING
1 pint sweet whipping cream
1 small pkg instant vanilla
pudding
1 lg can crushed pineapple,
drained well
Whip cream until stiff peaks
form. Add instant pudding. Turn beaters on and add
pineapple into mix. Frost cake and enjoy!!! PIG
OUT!!!!!!!

box strawberry cake mix cook according to box direction for 2
layers.
When
cooled slice each layer into 2 layers.
use
any brand of vanilla frosting mix
1
pint fresh strawberries
start
with 1 layer put frosting on it. put next layer add strawberry
jam and so on til you have done all layers.
Frost
whole cake and top with sliced fresh strawberries YUM YUM

Mix
together and pat down in the bottom of (9' X
13') Cake pan
Bake
at 375* for 15 minutes and set aside to
cool....
8
ounce softened Cream cheese
Mix
together and spread carefully on crust.
Cook
2 packages of Jello Pudding....Your choice of
Flavor!
Put
carefully on the second layer and frost with
remaining Cool-whip..
It
can be made with Instant puddings but the
flavor just isn't the same.....
Refrigerate....It
is to die for!!!!!

I like Chocolate but Pistachio or Butter Pecan
is good too.

Pumpkin
Cake-granny_secreast
4 eggs beaten
1 15 ounce can pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sifted all purpose flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
Beat together the eggs, pumpkin, sugar
and oil until well blended.
Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Spread
in 9x13 inch pan (sprayed) and bake at 350 for
25 to 35 min or
until
tooth pick comes out clean. (Time
will be according to oven.)
Cool
and ice with cream cheese frosting below.

Cream Cheese Icing-granny_secreast
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1 box 10x sugar
2 T.margarine ( softened)
1 t. vanilla
Beat until smooth and ice cooled cake.
Refrigerate

raisins.

It's

package 4-1/2 ounce Instant Chocolate
Pudding mix

Package Chocolate Cake mix
3/4
cup Chopped nuts (Whatever kind you
like)
Mix
all well and pour into greased and
floured Bundt cake pan
Bake
at 350*---50-55 minutes (Do not over
bake)
Cool
cake in pan for at least 20 minutes then
gently turn out and enjoy.

two mixtures together and place in
13 x 9 cake pan.
Bake
in preheated oven at 350 degrees for
30 minutes. Cake is very heavy and
dense.
While
cake is baking mix topping in medium
saucepan over med-low heat.
As
soon as you remove cake from oven
pour topping on cake.
Put
back in oven and broil till topping
is golden and bubbly. Let cool and
eat! YUM YUM!!!

a bowl with fork, mix flour, sugar
baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add carrots, oil, eggs and
vanilla.
Mix
until blended. Stir in
pineapple and nuts. Bake at
350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
Check
with a tooth pick. Check
about 5 minutes before time us up.
Note:
I use an 8 x 11 pan and add 1
carrot shredded.

Large package. OREO Cookies
1 Small
package Graham Cracker Crumbs

Cup of Powdered Sugar

Large Package Instant Vanilla
Pudding

(12 OZ) Cool Whip
Smash up cookies and graham
cracker crumbs to look like
Potting Soil. Cream
together Cream Cheese, Butter,
and Powdered Sugar. Add
Milk and pudding. Add Cool
Whip. Alternate cookies
and mixture in a large bowl,
starting with the cookie crumbs
and ending with the cookie
crumbs on top.

Heath Cake -Sec
1 box devils food cake
mix
1 can eagle brand milk
Smuckers caramel topping
1 large cool whip
3 heath candy bars (if
you cant find heath bars butter finger will do)
Bake cake according
to directions.
Put in 9x13 sprayed
pan. Punch holes in cake with mixing spoon and pour
eagle brand milk in holes and let soak in. Pour caramel
topping in holes and let soak in. Let cake cool
completely and then spread cool whip on top crush the candy
bars fine and put on top. (keep refrigerated) This is rich and
delicious

Cream shortening, sugar. Add
eggs on at a time. Mix in baking powder,
cocoa, flour, salt and vanilla.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove
from oven. Cover with marshmallows.
Return to oven for 3-5 minutes. Cool
and frost.

Mix ingredients in sauce pan.
Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Beat

Step 1
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup plain flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick melted margarine
mix the above and press into 9x13 pan bake at 350 15 minutes.

1 cup powdered sugar 4
ozs. cool whip b
lend cream cheese, and sugar add cool whip and blend well then
spread over step 1

2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
mix according to direction and spread on Step 2

spread 8 or 9 ounces cool whip over all grate a Hershey bar
over cool whip (optional) this is yummy
Been looking Hi and Low for this one! It's so good it'll make your
tongue slap yer brains out! Warm..with Ice cream it'll take yer
brains and yer eyeballs!!

Sharpie's Funnel Cakes-Sharpiedog
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Oil for deep-fat frying
Confectioners' sugar
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk and brown sugar.
Combine flour,
baking powder and salt; beat into egg mixture until
smooth.
In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat oil to
375 degrees F.
Cover the bottom of a funnel spout with your finger;
ladle 1/2 cup batter into funnel. Holding the funnel
several inches above the skillet, release finger and
move the funnel in a spiral motion until all of the
batter is released (scraping funnel with a rubber
spatula if needed).
Fry for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining batter.
Dust with confectioners' sugar; serve warm.
Please Note: The batter can also be poured from a liquid
measuring cup instead of a funnel.

Russian
Tea Cakes-Justusnak
1 C margarine
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 C flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 C finely chopped walnuts
Powdered Sugar
Mix all ingredients.....roll into small bite sized
balls, and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake
10 - 12 min or until lightly browned at 400 deg. As
soon as you take them out of the oven,
while
still hot, roll in powdered sugar, and place on plate lightly
covered in powdered sugar.
You
may have to coat them twice.
Makes about 4 dozen.
(these have been called Mexican wedding cakes also)
